Want to learn to skate?

Time: 9.30am - 10.30am Saturdays (Starting Feb 17th)
Venue: East end Skating Rink, Nobs Line, New Plymouth

Rebranded Naki Skate Skills will set you off on your pathway, leading to a life-long activity providing a healthy lifestyle and many more possibilities.

Join us on Saturday mornings starting Feb 17 for “Naki Skate Skills” with our club coaches.

The New Plymouth Rollersports Club has been hosting these classes for many years during the school terms - volunteer club coaches share their skills and passion for skating with those wishing to learn. Many skaters have progressed on to podium placings, travelled internationally to world class events and given back to the club in their own codes to ensure a vibrant membership.

The club offers four different skating codes, Inline Hockey, Figure Skating, Rink Hockey and Roller Derby. These classes are an excellent opportunity to experience skating in a nurturing environment , learning the basics of skating leading to  joining the club and the code of your choice.

Quad or Inline skates are welcome, skates can be hired at the rink if needed for Naki Skate Skills. Bring socks !

Learn correct technique, gain confidence, have fun, no need to book, just be there ready to roll at 9.30!
