Ravens Represent Taranaki

Ravens Represent Taranaki - Very shortly  four Ravens players selected to play for New Zealand Junior Men and Junior Women will depart for Barceloa. The international world body “World Skate” are hosting their World Roller Games for the second time featuring over 5000 athletes from all roller skate related sports. The previous  and inaugural World Games was held in Nanjing, China.

The New Zealand contingent also includes Senior Women.

The players have been preparing for the games for some months. 

Alongside the teams traveling to Barcelona there are teams also competing in Hawaii at the AAU (American Athletic Union) Junior Olympic Inline Hockey Championships. New Zealand will sent 12 and Under, 14 and Under and Masters.

New Plymouth have thirteen players in total involved between the two events.
