Police Vetting Notification

Inline Hockey New Zealand have advised that all registered members aged 18 and over who are members of club committees, coaching, managing or referees must be police vetted by March 31, 2022.

The New Plymouth Rollersports Club have Police Vetting Service  capability in place and will gather forms from your submissions ( link to form below) and  submit on your behalf.

The first batch of forms - we would like to have ready for submission by March 15 if at all possible for those that already know they are returning to the club in 2022 and in the identified group above ( as notified by IHNZ)

The preference is to complete the word document  and email it back to the linked address  at point #3  above with the subject listed as “Police Vetting Submission ( add your name)”
