CLUB CONTACT TRACING

New Plymouth Roller Sports will be using the Sporty.co.nz developed contact tracing process called IDME.
Contact Tracing is a mandatory requirement from the Ministry of Health.

We will not be using the scanning facility within this process, but will be using the “Manual Log In” process specific to our venue and both rinks.

The first step is for all members to be registered for the current 2020 season. In addition each member must  create their own QR Code using a smart phone or computer. The created QR Code is specific to each individual and must be used to gain entry to the venue once we set up schedules to re-open for small group training. For those without a smart phone or access to a computer, another family member can do this and save the information to their own phone.
