IHNZ Release New Rulebook

IHNZ have released their new rulebook for 2020. The rules will apply from MWI Easter event. This is a working copy with feedback being evaluated before a final version is released.

Message from Andrew K:
We will be officially rolling this out at MWI Tournament at Easter and will be posting updates of comparisons between the old and new versions, on the following platforms:

• Horizon Web Ref 
• Facebook ‘IHNZ Referees’ Page.

Please ensure you keep up to date with these. I would expect all referees will read over this rulebook in the coming weeks to ensure you understand it before hitting the floor.
We are working towards running 2 to 3 short workshops at MWI, which will cover the comparisons we need to highlight and act as a Q & A session for those that are available. If you are interested in this at MWI, please respond to this email and I will keep you informed with further information as this becomes available.
